General Staff Feedback

I posted here about a week ago, and I'd only been a member for a week.
I must say again:
Zerkerfist, Superman, Pockets, Frenzy , Quatakai and Tmoe have been handling the reports I post very well, and very quickly

Zerkerfist, Superman, Pockets and Frenzy are all easy to communicate with and are very friendly members of staff (Everyone else probably is too, but I've not really spoken to any of the staff )

Generally everyone is doing a great job throughout the forums. But those are the few that stand out to me. Good job, and keep doing what you're doing because it's awesome!

 

Hugely proud of the staff team we have right now - you guys are one of the strongest teams we've had in a long time!

 

I couldn't agree with this more. In my time on staff, I don't think I've ever seen so few Globals, but at the same time, I don't think I've ever seen the globals manage their duties better than they being managed currently.

As for the sectionals, I don't think I even need to say anything. Their actions speak for themselves. The sectional team has been going above and beyond and has been absolutely amazing.

As for the administrators, they've been just as productive as the rest of us. Between staff lounge discussions, suggestions, and feedback, you guys have all been top notch.


All in all, I have little to no complaints about our current staff team. Our teamwork and unity has taken us a long ways, and I hope that it only continues on from this point.

 

Dont mean to be the bitch ruining a good couple of posts above me but

I dont know much about Sythe mods, but as a lurker for a few years.

Sythe needs a few mods that goes thru the sections every 2-3 hours and looks at obvious scam attempts and does something about it.

People buying rsgp for 0.55 using paypal is a obvious scam. People just registering and offering to go first using paypal is a scam. With the help of 2-3 people, the section would be less spammed, more regulated and less scammers.

That is just Runescape gold section, there is more to do on other sections aswell.

Otherwise, the few times i have encountered a moderator, i have had swift replies and they have been helpfull, so kudos to all of you for doing a job for free.

 

Every 3-4 hours is rather demanding. Market mods have lives too you know
But I've saw the amount of bans those guys go through and it's a lot... If you see any threads like that just report them and I'm sure it will be sorted in no time

 

You are right. Was abit dumb number.

Once every 10 hours should be expected by them. Can increase the number of mods to fit every timezone. Huge forum so it should be well protected. Sometimes the time it takes for a report to be looked at, the person has already traded and scammed.

But that raises the point of "Each trader should trade at there own safety/risk".

 

Frenzy - Keep up the good work in RaSp.
Malakadang - Haven't really noticed you around lately. Hopefully you pick back up in activity like you used to.
MohtasaUnique - Haven't really seen you do too many scam reports, mainly spam. Don't know if it's only me, but it seems you've had a drop in activity lately.
Pockets - Haven't really seen you on too much, but when you are on, you kill RaSp. Chill guy to talk to also.
Quatakai - Stefannn <3 Keep up the good work with everything. :3
Shoop - Great job with keeping the Help and Support Center clean by locking all answered threads and answering to Spam Reports promptly.
Superman - Ever since you've came back from vacation, I've noticed an attitude adjustment (in a good way). Keep up the good work in RaSc, RaSp, and Disputes.
sypherz - Keep up the good work with reports Sypherz!
They be trippin - They be moddin. Keep up the great work you're doing. I see a Global promotion in the future. Alpha Mod pack :3
Tmoe - Tmoeee, where have you been?
Video - Keep up the good work in RaSc/RaSp. Always seeing your name.
Zerkerfist - Zerker Always see you raping everything in any section you're in at the time. I also see a Global promotion soon enough. :3 But you should come out of invisible mode, it's alright to let your Sythe nerdiness show a bit.

Blupig - Active member in Off topic/market, and beast at RaSp. Keep it up.
Clashfan - Haven't seen you around lately.
Djweasel - Matttt <3 Haven't talked to you on Skype lately. But you're a beast a RaSp, and don't let that change. :3
Giddy - Haven't really seen you lately. Here and there in the Spam forum.
Karl - Great mod, knows what he's doing. Been a little inactive in the past few days though.
n4n0 - Happy belated birthday n4n0! But keep up the good work you do around the site, it's not going unnoticed!
SuF - Haven't really seen you lately. I do however notice you mainly in the dispute section, keep that up.

FireZ - Great work everywhere, mainly in RaSc and Disputes/High Pardons. I constantly see you posting in pardons, so keep up the good work.
Govind - Great job with you and the rest of the team with the Restitution program. It has already brought back so many good community involved members, and lets hope it stays that way.
Matthew - Been a little inactive lately. Nonetheless, thanks for your part in the donation system.
Nick - Been inactive lately. Not sure if that's mainly because of the army.
Sythe - Thanks a bunch for fixing the servers. Sythe has no errors as of now for me, and let's hope it stays like that.
Verts - Very community involved, just like an admin/staff member should be. Keep up the good work.

Blupig - Love seeing you post in the off-topic sections you also handle your fair share of reports and always keen to input on disputes/pardons
Clashfan - Don't see you much
Djweasel - I don't see you around a lot mate but you're an oldfag that I've respected for years now
Giddy - You interact a lot with the general population at sythe. It makes newbies feel like there's support for them that they can easily contact. Great work
Karl - Great mod. You really know what you're doing
n4n0 - you've been active for months at a time now. Your activity and willingness to help around the forums makes you an important asset to the team that's current so strong
SuF - SuF you strike me as one of the more intelligent people on the forums and that makes you a mod. You're not bias in disputes either. I love that

FireZ - Great work handling disputes, etc.
Govind - Very helpful with the recent restitution. At first I thought it wasn't going to work out well but you proved me wrong. I love the idea
Matthew - I'm sure you're doing something
Nick - I don't see you around like I see Govind and FireZ but I do see you posting in dispute threads here and there. Again, being an admin I bet there's a lot in the staff lounge that you're taking care of
Sythe - Keep battling with those server issues. The site uptime has improved dramatically since I have joined the forums

Thanks Firez and Karl for clearing up a lot of posts the dispute section today. It was getting pretty clustered up.

 

n4n0 - I know I've spoken to you about this personally, especially the way you react and work with these situations. Thank you for being on top of this Arcus situation, whether it be warning the community or finding out what exactly happened. You've proven again that you really do care dearly for this community, thank you for putting so much time & effort into these types of situations.

 

n4n0 - Updating the whole community about the Java issue and urging everyone to update.

 

n4n0 - props for being speedy with the accountant and ban after I informed you about the RAT.

 

Well done to the mods that helped out with the recent hack of Arcus' hacking, I was particularly impressed to see the cross communication between yourself and the PowerBot forum. Great diligent work as always!

 

All the admins are being fucking epic. Keep on doing what you're doin.

 

This is somewhat late but better late than never, right? I'd like to thank Sypherz for his prompt response to my PM/thread regarding a scam.
Was very helpful and sorted things out for me.

I'm very impressed by the current, whole staff team.
