And how do I check and make sure Im downloading the right one for me?

 

Doesn't Windows have something like this already built-it? I remember using it when I alched back in 2006.

There's a feature called MouseKeys with windows, however you can only use Numpad 5 to click, as far as I know.

On-topic, as Kero suggested, would it be possible to bind 2 keys to the click feature (for cleaning herbs)?

 

Yeah probably, I just got myself a nice update server so all my new applications will be automatically updated. Just sit tight for a new release (it'll have the 2 key binding).

 

Also is it possible to put in something which replicates a double click with a certain key?

 

is it compatiable with mac by any chance?

Yeah probably. I'm going to release the new version with the auto-updater and the multiple-assignment feature first, then I'll work on this. I might make a full mapper too with all the keyboard keys and the option to use different types of clicks and different numbers of clicks for each assigned key. That'll be an assload of work, but oh well.

 

I can think of quite a few situations where this would be useful. I look forward to it, especially the two keys to one button feature :love:

 

Won't be for a while...I'm doing Game Dev & Business at university, so I'm swamped with work to do :\ Got a bunch of business proposals to mark up and need to finish developing a full game by April. Midterms between that, finals at the end, and moderating in between haha.

I hope to pump out a fucking incomprehensible amount of new software once I'm off school, though, until I start working full time which probably wouldn't be until June/July. That's when the full mapper will probably get done.

 

It's usefull for tasks like cleaning herbs, because it's much faster to clean herbs by clicking a key on your keyboard move the mouse than doing it all only with the mouse.
At least that's the main reason why I made mousekeys on my bot thing

 

Can't you just use his program and hold down the key? It should click while you drag the mouse around or am I missing something

 

No no it should do that, because a full click is performed each tick of the key down event.

 

Now I am confused as hell due to the last few posts.

So does this program hold the mouse key down while you hold the key? Or can you not drag and drop things combining the mouse and keyboard?

 

You can also press Control Alt Numlock, which activates the numbers on the right hand side of they keyboard. '5' allows you to click.

 

Hey blupig, would be willing to pay considerable amount if you can make a private thing, that when I press F1, it clicks @ (2342,4234) F2 @ (56456,345345) ect? Possible?

 

^ You can use a simple script tool like jmacro to do this yourself after learning the syntax in 5 minutes
