That's a cool idea man but I never win this stuff so consider this a free bump.

 

Do you have any OMM currently hired to begin holding the tickets/pot of the lottery?

 

How do we know you aren't going to lie about who won? Maybe you should get an OMM or more trusted member to roll for you and announce the winner.

 

I believe you'll need to get permission from a staff member to run something like this. I don't even know if an OMM helping you out will be enough.

Regarding using random.org for the competition winner, it may be wise to have a staff member Teamviewing your PC when you do it, this will help stop anyone asking questions on to whether you rigged it or not so a specific person would win. As for getting someone to hold the RSGP, that's entirely up to you. You may find people will trust you more if you let an OMM hold the funds for now.
