Lol, looks like the wheel is just randomised... wouldn't surprise me if there was some sort of trick so people never win big. Just reel you in the spend IRL money so you win nothing and spend more

oh yea. 100% randomized. They just used colors for the probability/ outcome.

not a glitch at all, jagex replaces dragon ceremonial pieces with 200k after you have full ceremonial.
