How much is too much?

Yes it is, but try to restrain yourself and do it before you go to bed, it's the best feeling ever and it knocks you out.

 

I agree... I did it about 3 times a day myself (also producing a nice bit of cream ) but after I got a full time job I would go hangout with friends and stuff afterwards so I wouldn't be at home in the comfort of my own house to have a fap.

Now, I'll do it once before i go to bed, and it usually puts me to bed. It feels so amazing and then boom right to sleep.

well depends, if you feel like doing it, then do it lol xD. My max is 3 times in a day and i did it only once because i literally had nothing to do and i was bored as hell.. But i say you should limit it on 2 times, (i'm not a doctor or anything i'm just trying to give some advice) 1 like before dinner and 1 before sleep, since it takes like 4 hours for the sperm to reload, from what i've heard. But if it feels good and your dick is also in good shape and if you get too many boners for no reason, then fap it off i guess.

 

If you feel like you're doing it too much just start pacing yourself. Keep with 3 times/day for a few days, but space them out. Once in the morning, then afternoon, then night. Then gradually skip the afternoon. Then, skip the morning or the night. Before you know it you'll be at 1/day and could probably even stop doing 1/day if you really wanted to. It just takes a bit of patience.

 

I remember I felt like this once and I completely stopped for quite a while... deleted any things I downloaded >.> and restrained myself from going to the websites somehow and it was really a great feeling for some reason...

If you can't trust yourself on the Internet, then your gonna have to rather block the porn websites yourself or simply stop using your computer and keep yourself occupied otherwise, until you've gotten over this fap-phase.

Masturbating 3 times everyday is not healthy. Limit yourself to once per day MAX. You shouldn't even be wanking that often dude.

IMO 2-3 times a week is healthy.

 

It's all about control. Any guy could get themselves into the mood if they wanted too, and they could probably get it on 5+ times a day without any issues. It all comes down to you. If you have a lot of spare time in your life, obviously you'll get bored and will come across in your mind as something to do to blow some time and enjoy yourself.

Just try and find something else to do. It'll be really difficult at first, but as time goes on you'll find you don't feel like you need to do it as often. Take it from someone who used to do it everyday and now basically never does it.

 

Don't do it too much. I'd quit asap. I used to jerk it a ton too and when I finally got a girlfriend, I barely got pleasure out of shit she did to me besides handjobs. Bad feel man.

 

I would cut it down to at least once a day, then totally stop. I'm too busy on Sythe to fap. lol.
