Alright so I got banend because someone started a scam report on me for a skilling service and I told her that it would take 1week she only gave me less then 24hrs and changed the password and in my TOS it said if you chanegd the password then the service would be terminated. I barely got any skilling done that day, also this person posted false statements like saying I tried to change her password and that I created my skilling thread after the trade which is not true you may check the dates she also called me a "fag" which I do not appriciate the mod who banend me barely did anything to try to solve this and I have a feeling he/she (the mod) just wants to see me banned. I offered to pay back the 6mil to the mod the mod said ok pay me the cash and I asked him/her before I traded him/her(the mod) the cash (6mil) if he could un-ban me because I have no way of contacting the person who I should have done the skilling for and the mod could have just pmed the person and said I have your cash and come to me and I will give you the 6mil. So when I asked if he could un-ban after I gave him the cash could he un-ban me? he said he couldn't he needed to talk with a global mod which is funny he gave me the ban and he/she and any global can un-ban me. He/she (the mod) banned me and from what I understand the mod who banned you can un-ban you, he then procceded to say oh I can only un-ban temp bans well when I logged in I saw it was a temp(would be a permanent ban if I didn't dispute) I found this odd and I procceded to say can we get a global mod in here( I didn't quite trust him at the moment) I waited a while and said have you found a global mod? he said "oh I thought you were looking for one" I then said" how can I look for one if I am banned?" he said oh ok I will go find one. I waited a while and he never got a global mod. I can not contact the person who I promised for skilling in-game, msn or using skype so I am looking for a global mod or anyone who can help me though this. The mod who banned has wanted to ban me before by posting false accusations of me "ban evading" and I have tried to contact him to pay the 6mil back to the person who requested my skilling and he "couldn't" get in touch with a global mod because they were all "afk". Please can anyone help me out through this I will gladly pay back the person who asked for my skilling6mil means nothing to me.

You were refusing to give me the 6m unless there was a global online right then and there to unban you. We were in the runescape trade window and I was about to take the gold off of your hands but you canceled. I then recommended you give the gold directly to the person you owe, but apparently you haven't done that and these latest accusations of me lying to you about the availability of globals mean that I'm done with this case. I tried to help you out but you don't seem to be very appreciative of that.

Give the 6m directly to the person you owe it to, have them verify that you refunded them, and I'll work on your unban

Edit: He has paid the money back.

He gave the money to me (6m) and then I gave ImNotZero the 6m.
Although ImNotZero was extraordinarily impatient, he got his money back.

I have screenshots of the msn conversation and PM's to confirm it was in fact ImNotZero he (I) paid the money to.
