Whats the best item you've lured? or lost by getting Lured?

I got lured twice, but mostly voluntarily, because both times I ended up killing the lurer.

First time was in like 06, got full mystic and rune and thought it was sick.
Next time was a few years later, and I got full arma.

I didnt actually lose it but imo was a good lure and I fell for it even though i didn't lose anything. <--- I speaka really gooda engrish. ( after reading the thread over I realised how retarded it sounded)

Almost lost a spectral spirit shield wen they where around 40m ea. not much nowadays for me, but 'eh only time I've been lured and they failed.
Although I did get scammed a 3a melle helmet lol

Ive never been lured, im too sharp to fall for such nonsense.


But I still have a memory from like 2005, when I was like level 30 and this level 70 in full rune said I should attack him for 10k and I fell for it lmao.

 

You'd be surprised how common it is actually, its usually referred to as "Anti-Luring" where a smart player pretends to be an innocent wealthy player.

Waits for a lurer to recruit them, go along with the whole procedure, then at the end use some form of method to reverse the outcome and kill the lurer instead of the victim.

Well, the most I have ever been lured for was full bandos, fury, and d claws.. Stupid I know, never got lured again though. However, my friend was lured for MY white partyhat he's currently in the process of paying me back.

 

Lured someone for full dragon (No full helm ) and an AGS.

Haven't considered trying to do it again, I just merch now.

 

I got lured for full dragon, full helm included once. Got tricked into thinkin one person was helping me anti-scam, as they told me to tele-grab the money the "scammer" dropped long story short both people was the same person and I got fucked in the ass.

 

I was lured for full iron.

I lured some kid training at the monastry for full mith.

 

I got lured yesterday.. For an ags. They used the lend rune plate lure on me

 

Lured a santa and full bandos about a month back,
That's one of the luckiest lures i have ever gotten

 

Almost got lured for a sara sword, but the barrager splashed on me luckily (I was wearing full rune and i had level 1 magic.)

 

i wouldnt really say lured but i was being a virtus/armadyl storm fag and someone with skulled bandos and claws was there so fced him, i also got lured for dclaws with the death plateu lure :/

 

I was lured for a gmaul and full rune :').

 

Luckily i've never been lured I think it's pretty hard to be a target when you don't have great items
