What is the Fastest skill to get to 99?

Hi guys, i just wanted to hear your opinion about the fastest skill to get to 99. Please dont only write a skill, give a reason why you believe it is the fastest one, no mather how much it costs. Thanks

 

Construction- Daemonic thrones, 12M exp an hour But also costs around 12B per hour :L could get 200M construction xp in 15 hours

 

Cooking is a really fast 99, you can make over 300k exp per hour at the higher levels.

 

demonic thrones require 99 to build, thus not being the fastest skill to get a 99 in.

 

firemaking and cooking are pretty fast and dont cost much

 

Firemaking with barbarian horn and yew logs is pretty fast. It's around 550k p/h experience.

 

99 prayer by frost dragon bones you could easily get it in a day.

 

Firemaking, cost you like 3-5M and you will get 99 in no time.

 

I can see what your writing, but no way i would consider Firemaking as the fastest skill, but thanks for sharing your opinion though

construction could probably be done in a day if you burn a lot of cash. Summoning would be the quickest if you don't count gathering charms.

 

The fastest 99 I've gotten was ranged with chins at 400k xp/h, but all my 99s are combat based so.... lol

 

I'd say it was cooking for me. If you have evrything you need it shouldn't take too long.

 

For the time required for it farming is actually really fast.

One tree run takes like 5-10 minutes and gives like 150k xp.

That's easily 1m xp/h .

So in terms of effort it's really easy, and the cape is quite rare and looks good.

 

Prayer, took me personally a week to get 99 from level 1 using frost dragon bones and a gilded altar.

 

Fastest skill from 1 to 99? I'm going to say fletching.

Making broad arrows is 600k/hr and that's at level 50.

 

I think the fastest from 1-99 is construction, even using conventional methods. It takes less than an hour to be able to make Oak Larders, and then with mousekeys you can get 500k xp/hr. Then with Mahogany Tables and mousekeys you can get 800k xp/hr. This method will get 1-99 in about 16 hours total, less if you do the mousekeys to get more than one thing done per tick. 800k xp/hr is very fast, and the level requirement of 52 to make Maho Tables is extremely low--most other skills don't see good rates until they are nearly level 90+.

There are a few skills that are faster 13m-200m xp (such as AHK + familiar overloads for well over 1.2m xp/hr), but that's not what you asked so I won't bother with the details.

EDIT: Crafting might also be just as fast, if not faster. Gem cutting is very fast exp. Even cutting sapphires is 200k xp/hr (extremely fast grinding until you can cut ruby and higher), and cutting dstones is around 1m xp/hr.

 

I would have to say Cooking or at the very least Woodcutting, however with Woodcutting it does depend on the availability of trees, number of other players in the same area as you and such. Both of them are pretty quick to get up provided you put the time and effort in.

 

once again you have no clue what you are talking about. it would take longer than "a day" for 1-99 prayer even with frosts . MAYYYYYYBE in a 24 hr spam but thats not something id called "easily gotten in a day".

OP, the easiest 99 by practical means (not dumping hundreds of mills into it)
IS cooking , not fletch fm or anything else i know this from experience atleast among the "easy" 99s (fm,cooking,wc, and fletching) it is just faster. cooking on a bonfire with the +10% bonus at ge is the fastest way to get 99.
