I am fighting for the same things I was fighting for in the beginning. The only thing that has changed is that people are bored and want some different edrama to post in. However, I still stand by my points, and I am not going to just forget about it because peopl are bored and everyone who disagrees with me can close my threads.

 

The people who disagree with you are the only people who can make your change happen, basically the entire staff team. You're only wasting your own time.

 

I sincerely hope that is not what's been happening.

You should read what SuF has to say - step out of your shell of self-righteousness and accept that for a team of volunteers (who don't get revenue from the site itself directly), Sythe could hardly wish for a better team of staff.

The proof of the staff's work is in the functionality of the site;
- scammers get banned (to an extent that is utterly marvelous).
- there is general order and interest.
- sythe is one of the largest gaming forums around.

Personally, i have seen examples of bad judgement/favouritism within staff once or twice, yet once you take into account the margin for error and the fact that all of these people are volunteers, it's nothing short of extremely efficient as a system.

 

I'm secretly being driven by sigex and deathsnova to cripple the entire staff and bring them to their knees so that thug_life can swoop in and take his rightful admin position once and for all

 

You aren't fighting for anything. Sythe owns the site and thus what he says goes. He delegates his responsibilities and presence onto the staff, and they reserve the power of discretion. Justice is a concept which needn't have a place on Sythe purely for the reason that Richard has authority above all else here.

 

Already said that. It is a useless fight. I think those suggestions we need, but there is nothing to do when a society is totalitarian in nature. Normal citizenry is powerless.
