General Staff Feedback

Just putting it out there... Sythe himself sanctioned my name change a long time ago. It isn't particularly professional for an Administrator to have ''iscool'' stapled after their name. Having said that, I don't think name changes are particularly problematic, provided that the changes are competently documented and the original name is not deviated from in a manner that makes the new name indistinguishable from the former name.

 

Was it not you who changed Panic to Ricky?

I'm quite sure that did deviate from the original name, and would be depicted as indistinguishable. Contradictory, I'd say.

 

Yes, I did. I was an Administrator and had that power. I also care not for feedback as I am not a staff member. Have a lovely day! :laugh:

 

Let's get this back on topic. This thread is about our current staff roster.

 

Pockets - You've done great as a moderator. You're learning very quickly and you're always helping me out whenever you've got the time. Keep up the hard work .

 

Yeah, I've got to agree with this. He is getting along great and personally is always a great help to me when ever I have needed assistance!

 

Agree with Dave, Pockets has been doing a great job and is one of the nicest guys to talk too. Keep it up!

 

Determinate - Haven't been on as much as of late, but you have exams so that's no issue.

FlyingToast - I don't see you posting anymore at all, where are you?

Malakadang - I love your SFA posts, and you're always interesting to talk to over MSN.

MohtasaUnique - I'm so sorry, I just can't think of anything to write for you! >_< You've been great since your return to staff and I know you will go on to achieve great things!

noamyoungerm - I sometimes think you might have been better off in the Graphics section, however I am not at all saying you're not doing a good job the games section along with FlyingToast. I just thought you would as you seem to be more knowledgeable in GFX than Games, but either way you would do a fantastic job at modding both. Spam reports always get done quick in games, and the section is more or less kept clean of spam and unwanted threads and such.

Pk Frenzyy - I can see you couldn't wait to get those Market perms, I don't go into the Market a lot but I would imagine you're managing that as well as the RS section now. Keep it up!

Pockets - Truely someone who has deserved their currrent position for a while. You are always there on MSN if I ever need you and you can have an IP check done within 5 seconds. I don't talk to you loads and loads, but I know you're doing a very good job.

Punjabi3 - Your activity has gone down a bit the last week or so but you are on MSN tons, where are you mate?

Quatakai - Nice to see you finally got a good UI in. I've seen you do some disputes when you can although not many scam reports yet (from what I can see). I was a little surprised with your promotion but nonetheless impressed, hope to see you around more.

Shoop - Not a day goes by where there is an uncompleted spam report in the Guides and Support Centre section. I love the UI you had made also. Not a lot happens in there, but you keep a close eye on it regardless.

Spraynwipe - Sad to see you leave, you were a fantastic mod regardless.

sypherz - I love reading your posts in the General section and spam forum. Clearly Off-Topic was the perfect section for you to be promoted to, the section is looking a lot cleaner now with threads in the wrong section being moved to the correct section usually within a few hours at the most. Your UI is amazing also.

They be trippin - Your spam report replies always make me giggle here and there. It's bit unfortunate you might be a bit more inactive lately, but either way you are still reasonably active on the site and on MSN.

Tmoe - I completely agree with Gideon's (Giddy's) comment that with all that's happened in the past, you still managed to get promoted and have been doing great ever since, don't ever leave us! >_<

Video - You've been very busy since your promotion, it is without a doubt that Market was 100% the perfect place for you to be promoted to, I can't imagine you anywhere else. I always see you in the dispute section from time to time, as for spam reports I don't really do spam reports in the Market section, so I can't really comment on that. Your activity is extremely high with you nearly always being online on MSN ready to address any issue that comes your way.

Zerkerfist - Like Frenzyy, no doubt you have been eagerly waiting your 2nd section perms (Market section). I've noticed you can easily delete all the threads in a second when a phisher/java drive by thread appears multiple times. You are amazing as ever in Personal Support and I'm sure you as as helpful in PMs whenever people need to PM you with something.


Blupig - A lot of what you is behind the scenes, although you do still post around a lot and post remarkable posts on pardons and such. I also love how quick you can code something up and send it to me ready to use, that could be really useful in a future job.

Clashfan - Your activity has gone way up the past week, you always help others out on disputes and give your opinion on pardons, and you are always a help around the forum and such. Try and get a UI again!

Corey - Clearly one of the more professional staff members on the site who takes their role very seriously. It was nice to see you do that stream of spam reports the other day and that you will address any issue that arises whether it be on or off-site.

Djweasel - Going a bit off topic, it was great to hear you've managed to find some work and are starting to earn some money now. On topic, you are still relentlessly going through spam reports locking incorrectly placed threads and giving your fair opinion on high pardons and disputes whenever you find the time to.

Giddy - Thanks for posting my thread up as an announcement regarding the Swift kit hacking a month or so back, I'm sure a few people's computer's were kept safe due to this. It's also fantastic to see your activity going up and up this past week or so, you seem to be doing countless scam reports and disputes, and like DJ you always run through the high pardons when you have the time to. Don't go inactive Gideon!

Karl - Big props to you and Verts for sorting and organising the new games Section out and creating all the new stickies and such. Also thanks for posting the latest announcement regarding closed Market threads.

n4n0 - It's nice to hear you're back in the US now, although sorry to hear about your iPad, I'm sure it will get sorted out. Your activity seems to have gone down slightly at the moment but like everyone it goes up and down as time goes on. Nevertheless you are still doing scam reports when you can and are still logging on MSN when you can. I know you are on leave at the moment though from the Army, so you'll be enjoying a nice little break to yourself at the moment.

SuF - I was delighted with your re-promotion to Global, you are always on MSN willing to answer any question I have and you always give your opinion and such in the suggestions section. Also well done on planning out the new games section.


FireZ - You've been very busy this week with work and such, although you've still managed to jump on when you have a moment an run through the high pardons and make a post or two in the spam forum if you have the time. It would be nice to see another ebook from you.

Govind - I don't know if it was you, Matthew or Richard who has been managing the IP firewall removal requests and removing the accidentally blocked IPs, either way thanks for removing mine.

Matthew - Nice to see you approving user titles and user images as you always take the time to do, although it would be nice to see if you could fix the Sythe PP donation problem, the account appears to be limited in some form at the moment and is currently unusable in terms of being able to donate to Sythe.org with.

Nick - Amazing job in the last few days in the feedback section and the help requests section, you are always a great help over the PM system for whenever I PM you about an issue. Just don't let your activity drop ^_^

Sythe - It's nice to see you posting around more these days. It's also great to see you doing your best to sort out the database issues with the site and you will always try to work out a solution that works both for you and the site. The online feature seems to be back up and running now, from what I can see the only two things that remain to be addressed is the search function and VB4, both of which should hopefully get done when you have the time to.

Verts - Like with Karl, big props on creating and organising the now redesigned games section. You are always very active in posting in the spam forum and you like to keep a close eye on the feedback section I've noticed.

 

Thanks to the people who were involved in fixing the online button. This site feels so much better now.

 

Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely remain active however keep in mind there aren't always issues like those to address. I'll keep an eye out for them though.

 

Been pretty busy lately, I've tried coming on sythe as much as I could, my activity should pick up next month.

To all of Staff, keep up the good work. I have been noticing that this staff is one of the strongest teams I've witnessed in my time on Sythe.

 

Thanks - most of the efforts to get the Other Games forum changed came from SuF and a couple of others. Myself and Karl just sat and brought all those changes to life. As for posting in the spam forum, I like to see that as my way of integrating in to the community a little. Finally, feedback is something we take very seriously and the more I read it, the more of an idea I get of what needs to change. Makes for a more productive Verts :laugh:

 

thanks to quatakai for helping me file a scam report, which was a really lengthy process and he was really friendly and never got impatient with me. definitely a good guy to have on the sythe team. also zerkerfist was helpful as well, i can see why he has a great rep here on sythe.

Syphrez also fucked up my report and I asked him to re-open it and he wouldn't. It's more then clear he is abusing and helping his friends.
