2006scape botting?

Will it be possible?
I'm interested in joining the scene in 2006scape, but i found out the xp rate is 1X when it's fully released?! LOL!
Don't flame/rage/hate that i want to bot it.

Just asking will it be possible? do you think it will become big?

Ofc its possible. You can most likely write a script in simba that auto wc or something right now.

 

That plays off the 2006scape client?

Yes, because (and I'm not a scripter) simba works by either using their own runescape browser (the one that pops up) but you could set it to just do auto clicking on your web browser (google chrome or w/e) but you would then loose the ability to control your mouse or use your computer for other things while you are botting.

Pretty sure that's how it does/could/would work but again I barely understand simba (haven't looked at it) but from my general knowledge I do believe the above is correct. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong.

 

You can do what ^ said, but the current Simba is build for the original RuneScape, so public SMART and such arren't working on private servers.
You can also take a look at the variety of mouserecorders, i remember i botted my thieving 1-99 on stalls like 3 years ago with a mouserecorder, on a private server.

 

You can just run Simba on a Virtual PC and let it take over 'your' mouse, on the virtual PC. Then you can just make scripts based on color, it won't be hard. Will just take some time to set up a virtual PC etc. but it is definately possible to bot there. I might make some scripts if they fix their security etc.

 

I personally wont have time to start scripting, but will look into some mouse recorders thanks guys!

 

Here's a thought....stay well away from 2006scape. Enough trouble from trolls, hackers, phishers, and 2012 players. The whole point is the old game, and old community. We don't want idiots like you involved with us.

 

If it becomes popular enough someone will probably end up developing a packet bot or something.

 

As stated above, simba scripts can easily be made for it.
Only problem is that it will take over your mouse, but you can use a VM to avoid that.

 

There will be bots but I really hope that not many people are going to bot in it..

yeah toil just hacked it again and put some pretty disturbing pictures up as well. i really hope it comes back online, but my patience is really dwindling with that site.. if it really is some type of scam they were really really smart about it because the ammount of donations they've made is rediculous

Yep. The toughest RS server to make a bot for is, well Runescape, and yet look how many have been made. Making a packet/injection/reflection, ect... bot for a private server would have no difficulties. It's just a matter of "is it worth it?".

 

It's going to be easy to bot.
