    Stui was first banned for owing people money. He repaid everyone, asked for an unban, was told to talk to Punjabi. He never did, he got a response from a mod saying he was going to most likely stay banned for a little while, then come back with a TwC.

    He made the new account, and Kenpen and I had to report him for vading. It sucks, we told him it was wrong, but you have to keep with the rules. Sorry Stui.

    No. Punker is staying banned for completely different reasons and he's not sure why it's a banned tag. it's irrelavent to the hacking

    Just to add, he was supposed to talk to Punjabi about a scam report. There was a bit of confusion on a report, he MMed, and one of the party didn't receive their money.

    Stui borrowed money from different people, could repay in time, he was banned until he did. He repaid back everyone, he found out he was most likely going to get a TwC, and he vaded. He was reported, banned for vading, then he made the fake scam report to frame HHN. A whole big mess.
