[Phat Set] Scam Report on behalf of Stui

Briefly explain the trade: Stui and his older brother recovered his brother's original rs account, which had a phat set. He then proceeded to sell the hats to Hahanerd for WU at a rate of .47, but upon receiving the hats, Hahanerd logged out, according to Stui.
How they scammed: After Stui gave Hahanerd the party hats, Hahanerd allegedly logged off.

Edit: I realize that this report shows almost nothing...I've asked Stui for more screenies, but he has not showed me more as of yet.

There are two convos with HHNs open. Also, the one that is used for the convo has a slight difference in the text under the name from what is normally there. The picture is also different. Those obviously don't prove HHN didn't do it, but are more reasons to suspect this is a fake.

Also, I spoke with l2bot and he hasn't seen HHN online at the time this supposedly happened.

I'm going to leave this open, but I'm pretty sure it's fake, and definitely not enough to warrant a temporary ban. I'd like to see a more complete version conversation from Stui, including HHN logging off or refusing to pay.

Agreed, the text shouldn't be compressed like that unless there were way more items.

Does Hahanerd have any info on this?
I'd suggest looking for logs / screenies that he possesses.

 

I've asked Stui for more screenies but I hasn't given me any more at this time.

 

Stui told me that he doesn't have any uncropped versions of the ones posted either. He also requested that I close the report, but obviously we still have to resolve this one way or another.

The hover over text has been cut, which wouldnt happen.

someones going to be punished for this, if its fake or not.

 

We've determined this is definitely fake and HHN is totally innocent.

Edit: To clarify, the image Karl posted above isn't what we made this determination on. I've had the same thing happen while I was online, and Apith said he has as well in a PM to us. It's fake based on the text in the trade. Also, Stui's evidence is incomplete (doesn't show HHN logging off or not replying or anything) and he doesn't have uncropped, unblurred versions of the screenies.
