Have the graphiques been improved in the last 2 years?

 

There have been particle effects and a few more rendering techniques added.

Personally I don't see why you'd play on HD though, it doesn't even look that great anyways and it eats your net.

 

After the combat update .... Think itll ruin pure warfare?

 

I think the update will probably have a pretty large effect on pures as we know it. I know that Jagex never intended for there to be such types of characters, and they want to encourage people to fully train their stats.

I remember reading in their news update about how the rebalance of the combat triangle and the combat system will likely make pures obsolete because the lack of defence and armour will make them near useless in combat. It will be really interesting to see whether pures are completely wiped out, or whether new "types" of pures are created by finding loopholes to exploit in the new combat system.

 

Yeah there were comments on the combat potential of a character instead of their combat level. I think this will make pures have a tougher time as they will be matched up against semi-higher level characters. This might make tanks the more desirable characters.

Yeah I think you are right. I suspect that although the combat system will be completely reworked, people will eventually find loopholes that allow them to create characters that are still based on the "pure" concept - characters that give the illusion of being low level/unintimidating, yet pack a major punch and are designed to inflicts very high amounts of damage as fast as possible.

It should be really interesting and I am actually quite looking forward to it. I hope that it breathes some new life into PvP and the wilderness!

One of my friends who is trying to come back into runescape had his account hacked while he was away. He went to try and recover it, and the site asked for his email, only to find that the email had been changed! He had recovery questions...is there anyway for him to get his account back?

 

proxy is letting me veiw for a lil while longer before logging me out thankfully.


he can if he knows the orginal recoveries details and if it was a member the orignal transaction ID and the first password ever used, thats all you really need tbh.
