Do you brush your teeth before or after breakfast?

I remember in high school, I had a 'friend' who hadn't brushed his teeth in 3 months.

Fuck me, I'd be lying if I said his teeth wasn't turning yellow (with a tinge of green in between).

OT: Before.

When I wake up, my mouth just taste bad for some reason.

Yes, I usually brush after eating so the majority of the bacteria is got rid of.

 

I brush my teeth once a day and that's before eating breakfast. Tried flossing once, Hurt ALOT.

Most of the time I brush after eating because of the shitty taste you get if you brush before. But if I wake up early I'll brush before because it's better for you.

 

Ew, If I were to drink it before my breakfast would taste bad, so I always brush after.

My youngest brother is SO BAD for not brushing his teeth. He literally needs to be "reminded" every day before he leaves the house and before bed, or else he will "forget." I remember when my parents went out of town 2 years ago for 2 weeks, and I babysat my bros... it was such a pain to get him to brush his teeth. He just refused most of the time and I would have to force him or else his breath got so bad.

Some people just don't have very good personal hygiene >_<

 

The first thing I do when I wake up is jump in the shower and brush my teeth. I usually don't eat breakfast anyways.

I brush two times a day so whenever I have time I will brush it. In the morning its always before breakfast so I can put on my whitening strips and get that over with.

I brush my teeth before. I don't eat breakfast 95% of the time but that shouldn't matter, I don't brush my teeth afterwards anyways.

 

After, if you brush before, you just get more crap in your teeth.

Mostly because when i wake up the bathroom is closer to my room then the kitchen xD
