Throughout this whole ordeal, I've only been honest. And said what happened from my point of view.
I completely understand that blaming Stui was the wrong way to go about it, but like I said in my dispute. When I made the scam report, I hadn't remembered that you could only change the password to my account through my email and/or an account recovery. I now believe that my account was recovered as the information to recover it was based on me. Thus wouldn't be extremely difficult to get a "Dox" on me, as it's known.
I do however believe that I created the scam report in the most respectful way to Stui I didn't accuse him, I was just simply putting what I had out there. Upon speaking to Stui also, I was most definitely willing to what he had to say, and immediately knew that it wasn't him that had done this.I would have trusted him with just about anything on this game.
In my history of Sythe, so far. I've only tried to buy off of highly trusted people, you can see this in my Vouches. two of my vouches contain Lucster & SkillsMate. Both of these were highly trusted and upon being banned they recovered the accounts they had sold me. Resulting in a massive blow to my bank. So to the point, the frame of mind I'm in is that even trusted people can turn. And this is what I believed at first upon finding my account empty.
I think the ban I received was harsh, but looking at it from a point of view other than my own. I can see how it looks as though I was trying to frame him. But thinking into it more, If I was to try and do that surely I'd of just gone down the easiest route and not changed the password and claim my bank is empty and Stui knew the pin.. Surely I wouldn't change the password via my email knowing he doesn't have access to it and then claiming he changed the password? The only reason I believed it to be him at first was because I'd forgotten that this was the only way of changing it. Also I would of at least waited until the order was complete/almost complete before doing this, as I've been waiting over a month for the order to be completed.
Ultimately it's your say, but I've only been honest throughout this whole situation, and I genuinely believe Stui knows I wasn't trying to frame him. We talked every day and I thought us good friends or as good as online friends get.
If the decision is made that I'm not worthy of a pardon, then I bid farewell to the community which I've spent quite a lot of time on and I wish you all the best. And again, deepest apologies to Stui. And big thanks to Video for putting the time in reviewing the case.

If someone had "doxed" you and recovered your rs account through the rs recovery system, your email would have been removed from the account. Since your email was still set on the account when you recovered it yourself, that possibility is ruled out entirely. Talk to me on msn, I have some further questions for you

 

I believe I banned too hastily. I banned you for framing, but after reading your report it looks like you just assumed it was stui, given the events that happened. Post a screenie of a clean virus scan on your computer so we know you're virus-free, and you should be unbanned

 

Then there's no need to pardon. Smokehut, contact video with the screenie via MSN / post a dispute with it, and you'll be unbanned.
