    In no way is that correct mate.
    If you have a power cut and you genuinely miss your wager / didn't see what happened, all you have to do is contact the host. If they're unable to sufficiently assist you, post a wager dispute on their forum. You will never lose a wager because of a DC.

    It is possible that the host rolled for you, however you still have the same chance of winning. In no way do you automatically lose for disconnecting. If a host initiates a dice duel between you and someone else and the other person rolls, the host can't wait around forever for you to come back. They will give you some time but its not like they can wait for you to come back because for all they know you won't be on for the rest of the night which wouldn't be fair to the player who didn't disconnect. This was put in place because there were people who would purposely disconnect after seeing their opponent roll a high number. They thought they would get out of it by disconnecting and trying to get a refund later.
