PayPal & MoneyPacks

So I've received the notorious PayPal email regarding Moneypacks and PP"s overlooking my account to find that I was using MPs for sales etc.

Has anyone gotten this email? Anyone know how to be safer when using MoneyPacks, should I just stop overall? Is there an alternate way to redeem MPs etc.

If anyone has any actual information on the situation it would be greatly appreciated. I know for some users they solely limit the use of MPs whereas for others they limit the accounts completely.

Greendot debit card. There's a $5/month fee to own one though. But it's not a big deal if you take a lot of MPs.

 

Can money be put onto a greendot debit card then transferred onto a PayPal?
