Yes there are discounts for large orders. The percentage of the discount depends on the team member that is questing, and the amount of quests being done.

 

I think what he means is, don't go to the Jew cause he won't be giving discounts .

There is no designated discount amount for orders of a particular size. You can ask the person who is questing for you if he/she would give you a discount but for example Semper might say yes, but I would say no.
