You don't even provide a link to an official website or forums, and a bot of this magnitude would have a community and a website.

Just because someone cannot speak perfect english, doesnt mean they cannot code. I'm not saying that this is or isnt a virus because at this point no one knows, but you cannot judge a product from the simple fact that English is not his 1st language
