I would have to take a look around and dig one up for you, but I have written some EXTREMELY long posts before. I need to work on condensing what I need to say into less language, but I am not too worried about it right now haha. People seem to like reading most of what I write, or so I am told ^_^

Oh come on BeeVer... you can do better than that!

What would make Ontario appealing to a BC Boy like me? What are the people like, the scenery, the activities and outdoor attractions etc?

What area of Ontario do you live in btw? I have been to Toronto a few times very briefly, most just in the airports or staying at a hotel for a night or 2, but that is about it.

I live in Toronto, near the outskirts in a decently sized town. As for the airport, I'm gonna assume Pearson and if so, I'm about 45 minutes away.^_^

I grew up in Ontario and it is beautiful as well. The most noticeable difference is the weather. Where I used to live we would have -40* winters and 40* summers sometimes. Less miserable dribble, more THUNDERSTORMS. heehee.
    I miss it.

Yeah the weather in BC is something that I think we take for granted.. I was actually originally born in Edmonton and lived there until I was about 6 years old. I've been back and forth a couple times and the winters in the middle + eastern parts of Canada are SOO COLD. >_<

The thunderstorms on the prairies are so weird as well, they happen quite often on beautiful summer days. Night will roll around and it comes with a giant storm that is gone by the morning.

Thanks! ^_^ I get so many questions about my first name IRL, and about whether it's in fact my real name or whether it's just short for something. But Jazz is my real name.

I wish I owned by own car, but I've been much too careless with my finances in recent years. I am not a good saver lol.

I drive my parent's 2007 Honda Civic almost daily though, and I love driving it. It's quite a smooth car to drive and has a decent stereo system. Here is a pic of what the car looks like (taken off Google):

In all honesty, judging by the way the community viewed you as a member/person and from all the talk of everyone saying you deserve mod, did you have some sort of feeling that you'd eventually become promoted? :)

By the way, congratulations on the promotion. I was one of the many who was awaiting your promotion. You truly deserved it and you're already doing an amazing job.

    Ooh, good question.

I would have to say yes, partially. I never intended to become a mod in the beginning and I certainly never had it in my sights when I joined. I know a lot of people who work very hard to get noticed and get selected as Mods, and to get in really tight with the staff when they first join etc. but that's not really my style.

When I first joined Sythe I didn't even think Mod was something that I could actually do, nor did I ever actually think about it and whether or not I would actually want the responsibility if it were offered to me. But as time went on I began to get extremely involved in the community, and I began to get a lot of support from all sorts of people telling me that it was something I deserved, that it was only a matter of time, etc. I guess after awhile I began to believe more and more that it might actually be possible if I just continued to do what I was doing around the forums, and so for awhile I have a tiny bit of hope that maybe one day I would be given the opportunity. A few months ago I definitely decided that if I were ever given the opportunity, that I would accept happily and be honoured to be chosen for such a position. The actual promotion was very surprising because I didn't see it coming at all. Nobody told me about it or asked me if I wanted it, I just came on MSN one morning after leaving it open overnight and there were tons of messages of congratulations from people. I literally almost spilled my coffee all over my laptop I was so surprised and excited :p

I hope that wasn't too detailed! I have had a few people ask me similar questions and so I thought I would give a detailed explanation on how things progressed for me personally on Sythe and how the promotion process happened. All I know so far is that I am very much enjoying the job, and I am very happy and grateful that I was chosen for the position. It's nice being able to further help out Sythe users and contribute to the community in another way. Thanks for the support BSGP! :)

You've definitely shot up as one of my favourite members on Sythe.

Now I'm going to admit to something; a few months ago I used to stalk your posts occasionally because I loved reading them so much, haha.

    Welcome to the team.

I think it would be more than fair to say that you are a perfect example of how being a genuinely nice guy can get you far.

Congratulations on your promotion and I wish you all the best.

Thanks man! Same goes to you :) You have been extremely friendly & helpful towards me and that has not gone unnoticed. I'm happy to have the chance to work alongside you.

And stop it bro you're making me blush :embar: I really enjoy posting and contributing to discussions/providing my opinions, but I know my posts can often get a bit long-winded. I am really glad that there are people out there who enjoy reading them though. That is what they are there for!

Oh my.. we must have been separated shortly after birth?! We must be reunited as soon as possible!

Thank you for the kind words :) Nice guys don't always finish last :p

Duly my man :D I don't write a lot of graff myself, but I've got a sketch book that is about half-full with a few tags and a lot of practice bombs, mostly coloured in by my extensive collection of sharpies. Some of the pieces aren't bad, but I'm no graff artist :p

That first picture in this thread is actually my name written in Graffiti by my old neighbor who was an INCREDIBLE artist. I have pictures of 1 or 2 other large canvases he did that I will try to upload.

Where did you hear that? ... because you heard correctly

    Thanks Evlin! :)

Are planning on getting 1-2 more UIs?
Will you get a coloured UT?
Do mind if I call you Zerko?

Yes I am planning on getting another UI or 2. Asked Jiwi for one awhile ago but we haven't discussed details since so I am going to try for him again (heard he makes badass UI's).

As for a UT, I've already submitted one but it was in BBCode and not HTML :embar: I haven't resubmitted it yet.

You have been calling my Zerko all week now, so I guess it's out of my control. Either way, I don't mind if you call me Zerko haha.

How long on average would you say you spend posting a reply that isn't just like a one word answer? Your answer seem like they take a lot of time and consideration
