Worst Runescape Update Yet?

The grand exchange. Merching clans are the worst.

 

Removal of free trade and wilderness. They pretty much messed up the game big time when they did that. Even though they brought it back I don't think they can repair the damage the removal did - in terms of losing a ton of players, and destroying the community in the process.

 

Definitely the whole SOF update and the armour update, seeing as they put thee wilderness/free trade back.

 

Apart from when they removed free trade the first time, the armour update, useless.

 

The removal of the trade limit and the wilderness.. just because they had a RWT issue doesn't mean they needed to ruin the game over it.

Free trade/Wildy and bot nuke i've seen ppl say the most so far

 

Not many have said the Holiday Events, I think they have been getting worse and worse, I always used to come on just to do them but the latest Easter one was just a lame excuse for an event.

My favourate event was the 2004/5 Christmas one with the jester hats and marionettes. :')

 

Trade limit for new players, it's annoying when you want to make a f2p pure but you can hardly trade anything over. Their biggest fuckup was obviously removing freetrade and wildy in 2007/2008. That was the end of the best era in the game, I'm glad that I enjoyed it. Even though they brought it back, it doesn't feel the same anymore. The godswords, claws, chaotics unbalanced Pking so much, even noobs can win a hard fight now.

 

Overall Id say it's between free trade/wildy and the bot nuke... Worse update this year probably Graphics

 

The New Armour Graphical update and the Nerfed Effigies, I don't see the need for the Effigies update.

 

Nerfing effigy drop rates was disappointing.. but probably not the worst. :c

squeel, korasi, ragging, pjing, rushing, gambling.. pvp come back lol

 

When rune plate was made to NOT protect over whips. When whips were released. When TB was released. Anything after mid 2006 ruined the game.

 

New armour looks , hd graphics (I liked the old graphics) , SOF and other shit , they ruined the game...

 

I am not looking forward to the new update, I personally play runescape because i love the current combat system was better in 2006 but meh. I think this update could ruin the game for many players including my self.
