Tupac at Coachella

I was doing some coding late last night with Coachella streaming live on youtube in one tab. I heard pac and flipped over to see this.



It was awesome, if you didn't catch the concert, the hip-hop was great and had all of the classics.

 

I saw this I was so happy to hear hes alive hes the best rapper damn man but Im confused about the stage I can see his legs something moving him it looks fake also or it might be its like that to make him move.

 

It is made using a reflection against an almost clear screen, for the people there live, his feet did not have a gliding effect, it was caused by the camera moving around.

 

On the topic of Coachella, I watched the stream as much as I could but I'm more into house/dubstep/techno so all I really watched was Swedish House Mafia.

On the topic of Coachella though, the lineup in general this year was phenomenal and I heard from friends who went that the performances live were amazing. I'm still trying to snag tickets for weekend 2.

 

I seen this on youtube earlier. Its amazing what technology can do.

 

I would love to be able to go, it seems like a once in a lifetime experience.

It is simply amazing, I have been reading comments and stuff from people on tech blogs and even though most of them do not like the genre of music, they enjoy and respect the tech behind this.

Strangely enough, i agree with this post.

Watching Tupac's hologram perform was very disturbing and awkward knowing that it wasn't real. The technology is outstanding, don't get the wrong idea. I just think using it to make money off of concerts using dead and respected people is wrong.

My main question is... why Tupac??? Why would Tupac be the first one to appear in a concert hologram? Why not John Lennon, Jimi Hindrix, or Elvis Presley? Very odd in my opinion.

 

I've seen it before on YouTube it looked so real until I looked at it steady and found out that it was fake lol.
