To turmoil, or not to turmoil?

Hey,

I was thinking whether it would be better to stay at Level 98, with 52 Prayer or to get 95 Prayer and get myself up to like 103-104 Combat.

This is on my Zerker by the way.

 

Level it I guess, turmoil gives unbelieveable bonusses.
I say level up (Unless you like pking on lower CB level)

Turmoil has ALOT of good bonuses for a zerker. There are calculators on the internet (I can't find any at the moment though) which will show you how much you can hit when using it. The hit is actually drastically improved. Also, aslong as you have ~120M to spend on it, it will benefit you.

 

To turmoil for sure who can resist that if you have a choice?

Around level 100+ there are a shitload of people with 80+ def who seem to hit through my 45 def but I cant hit shit on them, that's the thing...

 

Then I would definitely reccoment turmoil, it is amazing for pking espcially since ti will only raise your combat 4-5 levels

I would get turmoil, you will notice the huge difference between having it and not having it, higher hits etc.

You will still own at level 103-104, especially with turmoil.

turmoil is the single most powerful thing in the game right now. get it.

 

Turmoil is better but if you do the temple of sestien quest or w/e it's called it will raise your defense level and ruin your zerkers defense.

 

even if it raises your def 1-2 lvls its still worth it, turmoil is too strong to pass up, especially for zerks.

 

Turmoil is absolutely worth it! The amount of extra power and accuracy it gives you is incredible, and you will surely need it to compete with all the other zerkers who DO have it.

Turm is also a package deal, as it comes with Soul Split at level 92. This is arguably the most useful prayer in the entire game, and makes it so that you you never need food to train again (if you are willing to use prayer pots that is). Its great for bridding and PKing sometimes as well, as it serves the same purpose as its regular-prayerbook twin Smite, except it also heals your HP while draining your opponents prayer points.

So don't hesitate any longer.. Get turm!!

 

Yes turmoil, its sooooo worth it especially on zerkers

 

If you can afford it and still maintain enough cash moneys for your pking gear/etc, definitely do it.

It takes a little while to get used to pking with turm however.

 

Money wont be the issue, I will likely be doing it with D Bones that will cost me ~110M.

Would a zerker with much lower strength and attack level but turmoil be superior to me?

 

If you think you can face the near maxed ranged tanks at CB 100+, go for it. Remember that most high level tanks keep low strength and attack so that you dont benefit much from turm. Go for it.

 

Assuming your zerker doesn't have any "fails" on it, being 103 or 104 combat with turm means you're a maxed zerk. Without a doubt turmoil on your zerker at maxed combat stats is a great idea. I'd definitely go for it.
