Cosrob97 -You've always been helping me out. I haven't really seen much of you but I think it's because we're in different timezones.
Determinate -You're great in the RS section. You do most if not all of my spam reports.
FishFishy - I'm not really active in your section but I know that you're fun to talk to/totally want to have my children.
FlyingToast -Haven't seen much of you recently.
Laptop65 -Always willing to help out. When you were first promoted I thought you were a random who didn't know what he was doing but you proved me and a lot of others wrong.
Malakadang -For the majority of the last month you were extremely active with reports and even completed some of mine minutes after I posted them.
Punjabi3 -Same to you, your activity in RaS is insane. Keep up the good work.
RsProd -Sam, you're personally one of my favorite staff members. Yeah your activity dropped a tad bit but I still see your name more than some other staff members. You've personally helped me out a lot and you've put a lot of faith in me. As both a staff member and friend, you're amazing <3.
Snow Patrol -Haven't seen you much after the promotions, but I'm sure you have your reasons.
Spraynwipe -Not really in your section but you seem like a nice guy .
SuF -Belated congrats on programming mod. You manage your section very nicely.
Superman123321 -No doubt about it you're one of the most active Sythe staff. I still think the promotion may have made you change a bit, personality wise you've become less of nice person you were before. Regardless, your activity is out of this world and you do your job very well.

Alteranz -The April fools joke made me cry. Me, you, & semper need to tinychat more often. I love when you do my RaS reports because your responses are always so nice . By far one of the nicest staff users that I've ever met.
Blupig -You're a noob. Did you buy your iPod yet? LOL <3. You're always willing to help when asked, however it would be nice to see a bit more activity from you.
Clashfan -Jason, I see you on IRC all the time and you're in the RaS report a bit more often than you were before, you're doing great.
CSkiffingt1 -YOU BANNED ME. I NO LIKE YOU. Jk you make my adventures on TS fun and I <3 your ratstash.
Djweasel -Matt, probably one of the most down to earth staff members on Sythe. Can't wait for that Cali trip .
Giddy -You seem to troll a lot from what I've heard, but everyone needs to have some fun, maybe just tone it down a bit? That's all based off what I see from others. From my own observation, you do great with reports so keep up the good work.
Karl -You're always on IRC and even though it's not for faster mod attention, you usually help out when asked. Your activity in RaS isn't amazing but you fulfill other duties on the site and I see you on a lot of suggestions/trying to keep drama to a minimum. Good work .
n4n0 -You haven't been on MSN in AGES! You probably realized I'm a better MM than you and gave up. I still <3 you though. If your activity in reports were to mimic your activity in the Spam Forum, there would never be an active report .
Sin666 -Haven't seen you since that night on tinychat. PS - You're pretty. Lol.

FireZ -You accepted my pardon, so thank you along with the others who allowed me back. Might be a business partner with you soon and that's exciting. You seem pretty chill over MSN and you do a lot of reports which is great.
Govind -I love seeing your hairy chest on tinychat? That's pretty much all I can really say, most of the stuff you do is behind the scenes but I'm sure it's all great .
Matthew -Donations Center is great, that pretty much covers it lol. Good work.
Nick -Thank you for all your help when I was applying to become an OMM. You seem to be more active now that your gold business is picking up. Keep up the good work.
Sythe -Thanks for the website.
Verts - See you on IRC quite often, you're similar to Karl in you post on most suggestions and are helpful on the forums.

Just a quick thank you to all the staff who were a part of it, thank you for accepting my Pardon and giving me a second chance on Sythe .

 

I know that sometimes I seem rude, but it's never on purpose. I'm working on fixing it up, thanks for the feedback.

 

I should have noted that this was merely based off observation. To me personally you're always helping when I need you. You reviewed my APP for me, change titles for me, and you're super sexy on TS. That was more meant to what I see when dealing with the general public/community.

 

I'd like to just take this chance to post my opinions on the staff feedback process in general.

Many of you may love us, some of you may hate us; but what we do is what we do and those that appreciate it, I thank you for that. As you well know, we don't get paid for any of the moderating we do on Sythe, it's all done out of our goodwill and respect for one-another. I'm sure I speak on behalf of the staff when I say that detailed feedback (whether positive or negative) plays a huge role in how we go about spending out time on Sythe.

Really do appreciate the comments guys. I know my activity has dropped, which can be linked to my uni schedule becoming more time consuming, but rest assured, I'll up the activity soon.

Sorry I can't post too much, I don't really know what to say. However, you are all part of Sythe in one way or anther, and you do a good job.

 

I woke up and saw alts deal. Kinda thought it was pointless but it's not harming anyone.

I was highly unimpressed with the banning of members.

Now personally I think we coulda had more of a joke. I feel I'm getting too mature to joke around.

Thanks Laptop, sat on TV for about an hour and a half, working on my computer just because he felt like it. Sped it up quite significantly. Thanks again, keep up the great modding also.

Noted, and I know my activity on-site has been somewhat... shit, I've been juggling a lot of things recently whilst still trying to enjoy myself on Runescape, with that and a busy-ish social life, Its really had an affect on my time for sythe.

My Moderating activity was quite bad for March, so I need to come back with a decent score to remain staff anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Helped me with some things.

 

Laptop65 helped me with the basics of trading which was very nice of him. He also suggested I read the stickies and things which I did and its helped me quite a bit. Thank you.

 

Kudos to the entire staff for maintaining a good level of activity, and especially to SuF for doing so many spam reports in the past few days.

 

I only start doing other people's spam reports when there's a bit of a backup. D:
