I would personally use a trusted middleman for this that is free of charge and see if they will help you

 

^ This. It would be very unwise to just trust a random person from this site to transfer your items. The majority of people will try and take advantage of you and steal your items.

Ask a trusted middleman, or even better, an OMM. They will help you (usually free of charge), and you know they can be trusted. Or just use your discretion to select a member who seems trustworthy. Just be very cautious!

 

A few middlemen actually in their thread state that one of the types of trades they do is ingame transfers. You'd be best off just PMing a trusted MM who offers it/add them on MSN and ask them to transfer the items for you.

 

Don't be so shout out and think that everyone's your friend, despite what they say, use a trusted OMM, to at least have peace of mind instead of being a loose goose and trusting some random, ijs.
