Buying/Selling GP! Suggestions?

I am thinking about starting up my own Buy and Sell business, but as of late i have seen a lot of people saying that their cash stacks have been reset and this may be due to the amount of GP being traded at once. This brings the thought into my mind of getting jewed out of a lot of gp.

Example: I buy 500m to sell to someone else, and the next day its gone, which would mean im down $300-$400

Ive heard of people know doing staking to transfer, but is this really needed?

Just need other peoples facts about trading and what others know, or if this cash stack resetting stuff is even true!

Cash resetting is true, I've heard staking does reduce the chance of getting it reset aswell as dying in wildy with it. I read somewhere not to long ago if you buy GP then stake for awhile its very unlikely for you to get reset

If your IP is flagged you will keep an eye on your logins/trades cracking down on them. Depending on how their system works, trading something for the cash always works, junk worth nothing would be better then nothing, appear to be friends in chat and thank them for donation when buying, but selling is a different aspect staking would very well work if they had the same amount to match or something along the lines even any items would reduce the chance of being flagged.

 

Just stake it, if it's higher stakes (1b) do 500m @ a time.

 

I usually only trade in p2p, Or via fake stakes, But apart from the fact of resets etc, Gp Buying/Selling is dangerous, Lots of people start it up and think there making alot of money, Then fall victim to paypal chargebacks etc, But if you read into the payments etc first then it shouldn't be hard.

 

Your only in trouble really if your wanting to become a big gold seller investing thousands. Your in risk of being reset once you have been flagged for RWT. If your just buying a couple hundred mil and selling it here and there you should not have a problem really.

 

It's hard for new traders because a lot of times the gold your gold sits idly on a mule's bank because it takes awhile to get customers, and Jagex do resets frequently enough that it's dangerous to keep gold if u are doing several trades a day with characters that shouldn't have a relation to ur own

 

lately i've been doing small trades, random ones, and i just always trade like 200k in junk for gold.

 

Well its true, Fake staking w54 should work great, atleast it does for me.

 

How its happened for me was:

I was going great for a few months before the heavy resets began, then I got hit for 1.1b, and then 890M a week later. I eased off of RWT for a while and intended to come back after a small break. At this point I was screwed, resets are a lot more frequent and have been for as little as amounts of 18M.

Its a difficult market to just come into because if you aren't informed of all the possible scams, you'll end up losing money.

You need to watch for PP Chargebacks, PA Username Disputers, and things such as teamviewer scams. Obviously some are more easy to catch than others but you need to be aware.

Lastly, as Arcus has already told you, when entering the market, trust is a big part of having frequent sales/purchases. Be sure to use a MM for most of your starting trades and be smart about the way you trade.
