Ive Been away from the bot scene for awhile and....

What bots are out there? i used RSbuddy for awhile and powerbot but rsbuddy is down and i dont really like powerbot. Soooo what im wondering is what are people using these days?

Well some people use simba probably the one most talked about and some people use their own bots. There are also other bots but most are viruses due to most bots being deleted because of the bot nuke :S.

Currently there are a few bots out there:

Robotz In Disguise - Currently they have all but ~5-6 skills covered, they have 2 free bots, and 10 premium bots. No one has been banned following Guidelines, and out of the Guideline breakers, only 37 bans in 3 years with 600,000 hours botted.

SCAR - Uses Pascal and color to bot RS, most of it's scripts are free, although some private scripters will make bots for a price. Ban rate is relatively low as long as the scripter knows a lot about the detection system. Been around since like 2004 I think

Simba - Pretty much SCAR 2.0, with more features and stuff. Most of the same stuff applies

Runedream - Relatively new for color bots, and so some scripts might be a bit buggy. Use caution with using it on valued accounts.

Rarebot - New injection bot, first since the Bot Nuke. Has some working scripts from old Powerbot. Similar ban rates as old injection scripts, but I don't think anyone has been banned yet since Jagex isn't really looking for botters that much atm.

 

Simba, Rarebot and supposed "Runeshark," which is a new bot which isn't very trusted. Its also a color bot which sucks.

so is simba the bot to use at the moment?

 

SIMBA/SCAR and RiD are the lowest ban rates I've heard of. For RiD you have to pay for but I've heard that it's very worth the money due to the extremely low ban rate.

 

Is RiD colour bot or injection?

 

rid is color and it has free bots too!

You'll be amazed with any rid scripts just make sure to set your graphic setting..etc

If you have any problems with either RiD or Simba, I'm sure they have sections and guides, and I'm sure both have help sections. RiD has a HelpDesk where you can open tickets if the bots aren't running well or if you have an issue with the bots.

Be sure to read the guides first, or else people in the chatbox will just tell you to read the site first.
