[GLOBAL MOD] Buying iPod Touch 4G or unlocked iPhone 4/4S

I'm poking around at prices for now since I don't actually have the money to buy one and won't for a couple weeks, but I'm interested in ONE of the following.

Note that I'm only interested in 16GB/32GB/64GB models, and it will have to be shipped to Canada. Paying with PayPal/mail order/direct deposit.

• iPod Touch 4G
• Unlocked iPhone 4
• Unlocked iPhone 4S

I'll still buy a locked iPhone, just don't expect me to pay as much as I would for one that's unlocked. I'd also settle for an iPhone 3GS, but that's a last resort.

Read this: I'm willing to buy a device with a busted screen, as long as nothing else is broken. Subtract $100 from the price that the device goes for normally without breaks and I'll pay around that (screens cost around $80-$100).

We will use an MM of MY choosing if I don't trust you. I'll pay shipping, you pay MM fees.

My max is $225 all fees included (am willing to go a bit higher if necessary, negotiable).

I looked on classifieds, cheapest is for ~$200 for a 32GB iPod 4. I've got an offer right now for $150, so I'm thinking of taking that one instead.
