14 year old rapper

Not really a rapper, I just write things. This is the first thing I recorded, tell me what you think.

I think the lyrics were good, but you don't really seem like you have a good voice for it. I suggest you keep writing and maybe your voice will get better as you mature and practice, but always keep writing even if the voice doesn't follow.

 

It's not turrrible, but sounds more like poetry someone would turn in for a school assignment.

 

You don't have to say nigga or rap about money for it to be rap.

 

Never said you did. You don't know me, but I don't like rap in general. The fact that I didn't completely shun you should be a good sign. =]

 

Just because you don't rap about pussy/money/weed doesn't make you a lyricist

I really like the lyrics, however you need to work on your flow and delivery some. Also need to develop your own style. If you did this, you'd be set.

keep it up though i have a friend who's like 16 and he's amazing at rapping he can freestyle for like half an hour straight he just works at his flow
