Question about RS Skill Training.

If you hire a skill trainer to train combat or anything on your pure, and you make it clear that you DO NOT want any defense trained on it, but they accidentally get 2 defense, is that grounds to request a refund?

This didn't happen to me, I'm just wondering. If you make it a clear priority that they don't raise your defense and it accidentally happens and essentially ruins your pure, does that call for a refund, or at least grounds to request one?

I wanna know what y'all think.

 

I'd say that it 100% would be grounds for a refund, they're going against something you're essentially paying them to stay away from.


However I don't think it would be a full refund. I think what you could do is maybe have them pay you a certain amount of collateral incase they do get the defence. If they get the def, you keep that collateral, if they don't get the def, you give them their money back.

 

I agree with the refund, the owner of the account clearly stated what he wanted and there are options to select Strength, Defence and Attack, its not like Defence will level itself.

You should be able to get a refund. I would change the password of the account first, as you never know with traders these days, they might decide to get your defense up even more.
