    andrew: i understand that but the delay is 4days past the expected refund time

    andrew: i will let you contact the fincinial department but will be checking back tonight

    andrew: i am expecting some type of refund/agreement so i WILL contact you back tonight

    The customer service is horrible, they have some like set scirpt of things they're allowed to say, none of which is helpful, but then again, which online customer service is helpful =/.

    True. legal action always put a little fear in though. Might have to take that route.

    You got scammed, they are Chinese and legal action will not make any difference..
