Can anyone do Monkey Madness with 1 Defence and Prayer, and if so how much would you charge?

 

I personally can do it, I'm not sure about the other questers, but it would be a few mill more expensive than it would be w/ 43 prayer, so it would probably be a bit over 20M. (A very long quest with extra added difficulty)
