Cancelling a recurring subscription without having access to the account

Is it possible to cancel a recurring subscription for membership without having access to the account? An account I bought and I bought recurring membership for was hacked and I obviously don't want to pay anymore.

 

Call Jagex billing support and explain to them what's happened and how you want to cancel your payments.

 

You can also call your credit card company, they can cancel it too I believe.

 

cancel the subsciption through teh cc company. Make the asshole go into negative credits

 

My mom just didnt pay it lol, thats what i would do. It would
A- make the account locked or unusable
B-Probably get it back as the hacker wouldnt want to pay or even if he did it would open a chance for you to get it as it was on ur credit card.

 

If you know your card details you can enter them on Jagex's site, and it shows you a list of current subscriptions I think.
You can cancel it via that anyway, even without the password.
