    I paid using a 20 dollar ugc anyone know how long it takes to get the negative credit off? thanks

    Usually it goes away straight after you have paid off the negative credit. But you might find yourself with limited payment options after.

    It should've been instant I think. When I did this it was instant for me.
    Write to the billingsupport if it's still in negative.

    Its been around 4 days I have contacted jagex + paybycash.com and only jagex has responded telling me to contact paybycash....

    You paid with the UGC and it processed already? That's weird, it should have been instant... however I've heard cases of it taking 3-7 days.

    It took my friend 9 days to get his account off negative credit, this, was over Christmas though, so I guess that's quite a different circumstance. But give it a few more days before you start worrying, and then, if you have no progress, Email (Or if you can, call?) PaybyCash.
