So I have Rented a Blue Phat for 12 hrs and I was really happy and I went to the photo booth to take my picture and I can't take it beceause the hat was lent.

I don't know why that they have done that. The only reason I wanted to take it is to show off.

 

They did it to keep people from showing off inaccurate wealth.

 

Kinda sucks;/

They did it so people can't appear richer than they are, it would be a gateway for scams.

Yes, south of Fally. You take a picture their for your forums avatar. Theres also one in Demonheim for the same reason.

Jagex just wants to prevent people like you from doing the exact thing that you were trying to do, which is misrepresent yourself and your wealth. That idea has crossed my mind before but really its just stupid... every single person on the forums would be wearing a party hat.

 

Get known, and have a friend let you barrow one!
