What to do with this "bully"

Alright so I wrote "bully" cause this kid isn't actually a bully but he just says dumb things and tries to put people down. Stuff I know about this kid:
- got cut from the JV football team, its a team everyone makes, but the coaches were worried for his safety (apparently during tryouts he couldn't run the first warm up lap around the field)
- middle eastern
- thinks all the football players are his friends now that hes the water boy
- wants to buy weed to be cool

so he talks smack to me a lot for some reason (maybe hes just jealous that im the new kid at the school and I've made more friends than he has in his whole life, joking.)

I dunno what I could/should do about it though, also I don't know if this is the right section to post in.. maybe personals? if it should be there someone move it. I feel like maybe someone (me) should put him down or something to let him know that he isn't "all that".
Start a fight??? I'd love to lol but then maybe i'd get suspended and also be charged with manslaughter cause hed die after i punch him...

That made me laugh. Id personally just leave him alone and ignore him, but if the problem persists Id just go have a talk with him and try to put him in his place. Sounds like a "different" guy, so try not to beat him up, wouldnt be a good idea and its not worth going to jail and being charged with manslaughter.

Just ignore him, and get on with your own life.
Also, it's rather unfair to post his name on a public forum without his knowledge.

 

I think youre looking at the situation rather immature (no offense). Dont worry about getting back at him, from what youve told me he's a nobody and you shouldnt entertain him It'll just make you look as if youre on the same level as him, you arnt gaining anything from it so just leave him alone.

He obviously wants acceptance and attention and you're falling for it. Just be more mature and ignore him and go on with your life. You'll run across hundreds of people like this in your lifetime, you cant react the way you want all the time. Sometimes the best thing to do is just turn the other cheek, even if it seems like he's getting the ups on you.

 

TBH, if you say you'd kill him with one punch, you sound even more of a prick than he does.

But I'd just try and ignore him, he's just trying to mix in and get attention.

 

Don't do anything if you have a heart at all. It's obvious this kid has self esteem issues and needs to look big in front of others to feel accepted. Unless you want to completely ruin him emotionally, I would just ignore it. Also move to personal support.

 

Lol just shut him down if he talks shit to you. Not violence, but if he calls you a fag just call him out on being a retarded fuckface or something around that. Just show that you're not some easy target to make fun of.

Honestly that's all you gotta do, and if he asks to fight you just insult him again or someshit, then if he hits you you've got every right to hit him back in self defense. That's what I'd probably do.

Everybody knows he's an idiot, so you might as well just ignore it.

Only retaliate verbally if it's funny, if you don't make others laugh yet won't remember it, so only say funny retaliations or don't retaliate at all.

I did get the impression he is weak from it, you're also angry about the situation so things like that shouldn't be taken into consideration anyway.
