I skimmed the book and will sit down and read it when I have more time (hopefully within a day). I can, however, attest to its thoroughness; this will teach you a great deal about writing bots and about programming in general. It's 39 pages with 285 words per page(!) from an experienced programmer, so you know you're getting your money's worth. Very impressive work.

I will perhaps write a version compatible for Mac/Linux programming once I know enough about other operating systems to do so.

This guide starts with a very straightforward and easy to understand introduction to programming, and then applies the concepts to RS botting. I highly recommend it for any beginner interested in learning how to write RS color bots, or programs in general.

 

He's a computer science major and a wizard with C++, if you have any interest at all in making bots or even just programming, this is worth getting.

 

Can you resell bots made with this method? Or is reselling bots pretty much dead now?

 

Now that the big players like RSBot and PowerBot and other bots of that nature are dead, you can sell the bots that still work even more than you could before.
Of course you're allowed to resell the bots you make; I wouldn't advertise "You can sell bots you make" in my book if I didn't want you to sell the bots.

What bots does it teach you to make??

just autoclickers or like full on mining bots for example?

 

Both. I've provided a skeleton application for complex bots.

This guide looks fantastic, i highly recommend purchasing it if you want to make a bot/clicker. Govind definitely know's what he's doing when it comes to programming, just look at his autoclicker, works like a charm.

@Govind, need abit of help. I dl'ed Visual Studio 2010 Professional (90 day trial) and theres no icon to actually start the program, all there is in the folder is some [Microsoft Test Manager 2010] file which makes me connect to a server. So, abit of help would be appreciated =]

 

The guide recommended that you download the Free Express Editions, not the 90 day trial.
