    Since over here http://www.sythe.org/faq.php?faq=vb_board_usage
are links to RSS feeds, why not enable them?

Would be very usefull, Smart phones have applications to read the RSS feeds,
It would allow users to be updated frequently without needing to load the entire site :)

Rss feeds also require less bandwith (or slower internet) to load, which is perfect for 3G users ^^

Assuming enabling these is a simple task, complete support.

Support as long as it's not a task that'd take alot of management.

    Normally not :)
RSS Feeds normally are all automated. I know alot of sites who use feedburner to make RSS feeds little easyer :)

Wouldn't this add extra load to the site?

I've never setup a RSS feed but I know from when getting them and autoposting on blogs a cron job is needed so I'd imagine it's the same for providing the data.
