Intelligent discussion spam

Afaik, a lot of users post in the section not to participate in a discussion, but rather to just raise post count. A clear example is this:

OP:

2 posts lower

I feel that this is nothing short of a disgrace to the section. Should such posts be infractable?

 

Report them and they will be dealt with.

 

Raise post count? Or just giving my opinion on a topic? Do I have to use big words in order to fit in with the rest on that part of the forum?

 

That is not trying to raise post count. They are just giving their honest opinion. If you think they are trying to raise their post count, just report their post.

 

Na it's fine, if he really doesn't like my opinion and thinks it's "post count spam" which it wasn't then I'll just delete the post. Saves much hassle.

Their posts aren't spam.
A terminal illness is a situation one might find themselves in, they're replying that assisted suicide is acceptable in that case. Thus answering the OP correctly.

 

There just needs to be a mod that is really dedicated to that section to keep it not full of crap and there really isn't one at the moment. Just report them and it will be dealt with.
