Alteranz - Don't Really know you, nor seen many posts by you, but you seem alright from the posts I have seen.
Awesome Stranger - Not too active, but when you post, it is helpful.
Cosrob97 - Truly an asset to Sythe, deals with reports a lot, with fair judgement, nicely structured answers to peoples querys.
Determinate - Don't really know youu.
FlyingToast - ^
JohnK - Funny, helpful, and really community involved, this guy is defo one of my fav staff.
KerokeroCola - Probably one of the best sectionals, replies to PM's when I want thread change asap, helps out with market issues, as well as a lot of fair trades done by himself, one of my favorite staff.
Kinaesthic - No longer a mod, but this dude is awesome, we spoke twice, extremely chill and nice, why did you even get demoted?
MohtasaUnique - Another cool guy once again, a good sectional, good work.
n4n0 - Defo in top 5 I trust in Sythe, well structured and helpful posts, always answers the difficult questions, sythe truly, would be different w/out you.
Snow Patrol - Not seen much since the double promo, don't know him much, seems chill by his intro.
SuF - VERY GOOD REPLIES to people's questions, amazing work, extremely helpful, defo suited for your job ^.^


Blupig - Don't know you much since I actually started becoming active after you left, though you've just came back, wb, bro .
Clashfan - Not seen much of you in the past month :s, don't know you much to comment besides that.
CSkiffingt1 - Cool guy, always helps when can by what I see, though I haven't seen you as much in the past fortnight-month.
Djweasel - "Locked." Jk, always locking them useless/answered threads, seems to do quite a lot of work, cool guy.
FireZ - Once again, probably in my top 5 trusted list, very helpful, good staff, awesome.
Giddy - I don't post in the spam section, but your posts are rather quite funny, even out of the spam section, well, cool guy, does work when can I see.
Karl - Don't really know you much, see you not as much as some other staff, even though you've got a high post count but yeh, seems cool.
Nick - Not too active within the community, but answers my questions when I ask on MSN, very responsive when I went to donate, took my 10 minutes from adding him and replying to thread, to actually donated, awesome work mate.
Sacro - Don't see you to much, but I have seen a few times, seems cool.

Cosrob97 - I just wanted to really tell you that you have been the most consistent sectional. I am really, really happy that you are a member of the staff. You are mostly fair from what I've seen, and I respect you very much. I understand that, sometimes, you get heated when "in the moment," but you are one of the most level-headed staff members I've seen in my time on Sythe. I respect you very much for this, and I hope you will continue to moderate this website.

n4n0 - been doing ba lately i don't appreciate the blantant ignoring of my pm about my infractin dispute, we all have a valid rite to dispute and you biased about ignoring me is obvious becuz you dot like me but that still doesnt make it rite i offered valid reasons why it was ubwarranted and even giddy and moh agreed you were in the wrong

 

Mods get plenty of PMs per day, he may not have got to it yet, please be patient.

Activity has been up and down a lot recently, also been on hidden mode

 

I don't do a bad job but toning it down some wouldn't hurt.

I am the most non bullshit and blunt staff member...I just state exactly what I think. No doubt you have a valid point that I will consider from now onward.

If you guys think I am too rough, maybe telling me is the first step to improvement....and if I don't get it, feel free to keep driving the point home until I do gt it.....

 

Alteranz - He's actually a good mod. Very helpful. Added him on MSN just to ask something and he's happy to help.

MohtasaUnique - He's VERY HELPFUL. I always ask him if I am having troubles. He always refers me to people when I need something like account upgrades etc.

MohtasaUnique - Tony of course helping out as usual. I messed something up and was freaking out and Tony stopped what he was doing to help me out. Even though it wasn't a HUGE problem, he still could tell I was freaking out about it ant helped me out, and even followed it up with a few title changes <3. He's great!

 

Giverny: As Farcast said, I find it hard to believe that you seem to of not even acknowledged the thread that Finn made, and I think that you should atleast make a comment on it.

Karl: You're a really good mod, thanks for being so easily accesable when I or somebody else has a problem.

I really think a new admin should be promoted. I understand why Giverny is inactive and I see no reason for her to be removed, but I think that promoting someone else to admin, alongside the current admins, would greatly help the site. We've normally had five admins and I think that there are a few globals who are ready for a promotion, so why not? Govind is becoming more of a technical/BTS admin lately and IP Ban and TWC requests are not dealt with until a someone reminds the admins to do them by posting a thread.

 

Kind of late feedback.. im confused though, who would be scared to post this? it already has been posted in Finn's thread... its not exactly controversial feedback either... its actually quite relevent since Govind stepped down:

basically, I think Sythe/Matthew have no choice but to select a new admin. Especially if Giverny is ill/away as she says she is.
