Fuck Scammers.

So i bought an upgrade from "RegencyMan". 3 days later the dumbass charges back Jagex. So i got slapped with a negative balance email.
Is there any way for me to get account unlocked other than buy JCoins from Fagex?

 

Damn that sucks man... thats why you should never by the PaybySMS pins or w/e they are, because you can always charge them back. Go with gamecards in the future.

I think instead of buying J-coins you can also buy a 3 month UGC (Ultimate Game Card) from like Walmart, or whatever store in your area sells them, and then apply that to your account to get yourself out of negative balance. I'm not 100% sure, but since the cards are prepaid I don't see why they wouldn't let you do this.

 

I've been scammed 32.5M buying an account and I buy membership through Jagex it's £3.50/month ($5.43/month) from credit card.

 

Never buy pins :/ they are most likely stolen and most likely always result in negative balance issues

I don't think you have to buy JCoins. Just buy yourself another upgrade from a trusted seller and apply that to your account.

How much are the UGC cards?
My balance with jagex is -160 JCoins.
To buy 200 JCoins is $19.99.
I'm just looking for the cheapest option to revive my account.

A month is roughly $8.00 or 8-12M RSGP. A 3 month (which is what you probably need), is more like $22.00 or 25-35M RSGP.

Try looking on Sythe here in the Market, under Account Upgrades. Lost of people sell them for cheaper than store price. But if you do buy from a store, atleast its a 100% guarantee that you are not going to get scammed again. Other than that, I believe the only other option is to purchase J-coins.

 

Meh, the account only had 82 mining and like 7m cash on it.
I don't think it's worth it to recover.
It did have a rare name so I might get it once i have more money =)

 

Well if its not worth it to you then just let it sit there for now. It may be worth the trouble down the road when you have alot of extra money kicking around, like if you get a summer job or something.
