Double Xp sells? (need explained)

Ok, so i see how people have been selling double experience and all i'm honestly wondering is how is this possible?

 

Refer a friend program.

 

DO you have to log on to do this, how does it work, ill refer the heck out of some friends.

 

u only get an xp boost for skills up to level 30....

And its not double i think its like 20%?

 

The person who referred them gets 10% boost for a week, the person who was referred gets double xp as long as the skills are under lvl 30.

 

If you're looking to get the one week XP boost, you'd have to "refer a friend" or anyone who is JUST starting Runescape to buy membership.

For example, say you just make a level 3 and want to make it members to sell gold on it, if you "refer" yourself using your main, your main will be given the 10% xp boost for a week.

 

Wow, thats pretty legit yo. Is the double xp timed or does it do it till the skill is level 30.

 

Didn't you read, the referer gets 10% exp for a week.

Imagine how helpful this would be for things like summoning or prayer that cost a lot/take a lot of time.

 

How much do people make for referring somebody else? Like the people who you have seen "selling" this exp boost.. how much does it go for? Just out of curiosity.
