firez is the most consistent mod and no matter what he has sythes members best interests at heart. Doesnt matter who he's banning he handles his shit.

About Govind, you can't judge him based on one situation. Although I feel like the sting could have been handled better in general, with more time to plan it and all, I still think he's doing a good job behind the scenes.

 

I lol'd. Why give feedback on staff if you don't even know who the staff is?

Johnk- clearly still the most community involved mod and deserves his position
Giddy, Cosrob, djwease, Karl - nice to see you guys helping out in the RaSc sorry if I missed any1 else who has been dealing with reports.
Govind- Could have been less defensive when looking at people's comments about your guys operation because a lot of the comments you went against did make sense, and limiting Viou from the discussion was unfair to him. Instead of the operation seeming like a benefit it was displayed as a massive troll.

 

Thanks for the help getting java to work on my vps' Clashfan. You spent near 2 hours figuring it out and didn't even require pay, even though we both know thats not going to happen

SuF + few mods- Its nice seeing you give input on as many high pardons as you can. Nice to see more than "Denied, not enough support in 7 days" being the only comment from a mod on little known members, whereas on well known members you see practically every mod post on it. It would be nice even typing "sorry you don't have my support, I see no reason to allow you to return" is a lot better than spending 7 days checking your pardon to see the only post is a big "denied". The current ones do have a few mods posting which is good but when I looked at the archives the only things they said was "Denied, not enough support in 7 days" with this all I see is no reason to reform or event attempt to try another pardon if the first one didn't get a single post so they just ban evade.

Rest of the staff: Good to see you guys working more as a team in disputes, scammer and spam reports rather than a couple of mods carrying majority of the team. Good to see FireZ not being the only publicly displayed mod handling the reports.

 

SuF kindly helped me getting a major problem done troubling me for some weeks now. Tried to contact many mods in this regard but got no response. He was assigned to my case via the LiveHelp, quickly dealt with it and was very friendly.

 

SuF - Thanks for sorting me out with a temp when I was hacked, and being generally helpful.

 

Globals: The Account Recovery section could use a little love.

Mods back each other up when one makes a mistake and interpret the rules as they see fit even if it isn't written in the rules stating claims as it should be assumed.
