PA Dispute. Can anyone help me?

Hey guys. I recently sold a santa through PA, and now, of course, the buyer is disputing the sale. I have both video and screenshot evidence of the trade. I was wondering if any on you could please walk me through the process of providing this evidence? I'm fairly confused.

best way to do this is ti upload the vid to youtube with the best quality you can, then go to PA live chat and ask for the disputes email, and provide the Item #, the buyers name, the time he bought it, and gather proof of any pms you sent back and fourth,

your best bet in the future is to have thme contact you via IM on the SAME email they have registered for their payment option on PA

 

I didn't even know PA did disputes! Can they just claim a dispute against you, or did they have proof against you?

 

Well their proof is just them saying 'I did not receive the virtual goods' its the same as paypal but with less of the hassle

 

Alright. I turned the video into a WMV file and sent that and the screenshot (of me waiting for the other player to accept the santa). I also included the order number and it was on my registered email.

How long do you think it will take them to confirm that they've received the evidence?

I'm pretty sure you can use their live chat support to request that email be flagged as urgernt. That would probably be your best bet.

 

They actually have very good live support. She says that she read it over and will put it through. It's very clear evidence.. but wish me luck!

Have you checked your email? PA should have contacted you via email asking for evidence of delivery.

I thought PA was full proof like no way to be scammed. I guess it's more secure for buyers then sellers, not sure why someone would do something like this if they got what they paid for though.

 

It's equally secure for both. There's a reason PA charges so many fees...

 

For those of you freaking out, all you have to do is send in pictures of your sale with the Order ID that its referring to and it will always go in your favor, I have had a dozen disputes go in my favor because I always vid.

It hasn't yet been resolved. This is what the dispute currently looks like. Does it mean that they're reviewing? Because I have no idea whether they got my evidence. Thankyou all for your insight here.

 

Show proof and you'll be good , disputes are sometimes frequently adresses there from some "people" .
