Is this really you? I was convinced at first you were posting pics of that Aussie bodybuilding "god" Zyzz or w/e. But I looked up some pics and google this doesn't look like him...

 

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it's probably not him.

I don't know why you would post fake pictures of yourself lol? To get a physique like this isn't hard lol, Eat right and train hard.

 

In all honesty - were you inspired by Zyzz though? You not only have the same build as him but the same haircut and facial structure too lol. Your like his brother or something hahah.

Not to mention your Sythe name is "Mirin", and Zyzz used to say shit like "You 'mirin bro??" and "come at me, bruh". Guy was fucking weird lol.

Either way, you got a great bod. I wish I looked like that! I've lost most of my muscle tone in the last few years but still have a decent build.

 

Nah not his brother, never met the guy haha. But yeah him and his group inspired me to lift though.

People think its really hard to build muscle, its easy. Right food+ exercise +rest, cant go wrong.

 

Do you have any "before" pics of what you used to look like before you started intense training? And how long have you been at it for?

I'm just curious because I am pretty unhealthy and have been destroying my body for years now, but I am still very young and have the opportunity to turn it all around. I've been clean for a few months from everything, and almost have enough strength back to start exercising reguarly again (an old hobby of mine).

I want to get fit & in shape again, and quit smoking and get my youthful body back. I don't look too bad right now but I've lost tons of my muscle definition and I lost alot of weight too during the last few years. I'm eating way better now and back up to about 170, but I need to get my body fit again and then start toning it up.

Maybe we should move this to a PM though so we aren't spamming in here. If you could message me with the info, that would be great ty!
