Unbanned Glacier

My main account, TheGlacier.com, is currently banned, and I am unable to access the original report because Sythe is not accessible to me.
I have now completed the required 450M GP payment according to the @Techie final decision. I am only posting from this account because I currently cannot access my main account/thread.
I am not attempting to evade the ban or participate in the community through this account. I simply want to provide proof that the payment has been completed and ensure that this information reaches the moderation team.

Please advise how I should proceed and, if appropriate, confirm when my main account can be reviewed for an unban after the debt has been fully repaid.
