Win all day phishing?

Well Win All Day's clan chat the host's are advertising a website called " Wad.rs/dicing " And saying that u can place your bets on this website. But if you go to it, it asks for a java's permission to run something. And i know people that use to use fake **********s would do something like this.

Im not certin its a phising site but since the removal of dice me might need another way to make his GP.

Any thoughts?

 

Wouldn't be surprised, dicing is gone, and he needs some other way to buy another house.

 

You think it's a drive-by? I have no idea how to check whether it is or not, but to be on the safe side, I wouldn't go through with it.

 

Pretty sure its a drive by, people also saying that dice are in irc (to the right) and you dice there and trade via rs

 

Dicing does indeed work on IRC. #DragonDyce runs it with their own script that I believe twisted created. It's seeming to work okay so far.

I could be wrong but I inspected the coding and it seems like it's just plain old runescape sharing a screen with a chat script.

Edit: All java scripts seem to be loading from world31.runescape.com, mibit, quantserve, google-anlytics. Though maybe some one can do a more thorough check.

 

could be true but, probably about 80% of rs players uses swiftkit which already has irc on it, why would he make a site with irc just for dicing?

Yeah, I wouldn't put it paste win all day to phish/rat people. It's probably a java drive-by. Rich people are always greedy and want to keep gaining more GP. Apparently 200b is not enough for him.

 

You reallly can never be too sure with them. However, I did a search, looked up a few YouTube vids, and I think it's legit. Not saying you won't possibly be scammed, but I'm sure your safe of drive-bys/rats.

errrrr look at the screenshot, its asking you to run the rs client on the front page <.< in any case i already scanned it and visited with vm then ran heuristics scanner, its clean but i would never use it, whos to say they didnt make the odds even more in their favor

Id say its a RAT, he has people wrapped around his finger with the dicing shit that they think hes legit.

 

I personally made over 500m dicing in his CC never once scammed... just sayin.

 

It more look likes irc needs java in order to run (the irc applet). Who knows anyway.
