Guide to free runescape membership!

Okay first off, I'm not sure which version of Firefox is and isn't supported currently and if this can be done on chrome or internet explorer. I do know that Firefox 5 works, and that can be downloaded from oldversion if you need it.

Step 1:
Download and install roboform and set up a profile you will be using to fill in information for offers. You can use Fake Name Generator to get realistic information to use. Make sure there's the name of the person who you filled into roboform on the roboform toolbar, all you're going to need to do to fill in most information for the offers is click this.

Step 2:
Install greasemonkey, this is needed for the next part.

Step 3:
Install just say no, which is a script for greasemonkey. This will automatically check no and click through things, making getting points easier. Don't worry if this doesn't work every time or if you can't get it to install, it's not absolutely necessary.

Step 4:
Restart Firefox, go to here and make an account to get points on. You need to use your real email because this is how you receive your membership. You're going to want to do free offers to get points, the other ones may offer a lot of points but you end up getting charged for something. A good tip is to sort the offers by most credited, those are usually the ones that are most worthwhile.

Step 5: When you have accumulated 8 or 9 points, (sometimes you can actually buy a runescape card, sometimes you need to get a $10 ultimate game card) you can claim your free membership. Go to the prizes tab at the top and click prize search. Just type in runescape and you'll see it. When you claim the prize, an email is sent to you in 2-48 hours with a membership code.

Why don't you trust greasemonkey? It's an official Firefox add-on, and I've never had a problem with it.

 

Greasemonkey's been around for years, perfectly safe.

I started on it a few months ago but sony vegas stopped working and haven't gotten around to fixing it. Maybe...

 

Don't edit it lol, but TBH would make this guide much easier.

 

I'd need to edit it, I tried to just make one long clip explaining everything and it was too hard, plus it'd definately help to put text in the video to better explain what to do. Maybe I could just use windows movie maker though.

I have roboform working on Firefox 8 right now, but I can't get greasemonkey to work on Firefox 8. Don't worry about the greasemonkey part if you can't get it, it's still pretty easy without it.

I do have greasemonkey and justsayno working on a virtual machine running firefox 5, I can confirm firefox 5 works fully for all of these things.

 

Has anyone verified that it works? Following this exact method?

 

These offers/points sites are ridiculous and I highly recommend against them. I have been playing Runescape since 2004 and have been cheating in one way or another since 2006. Since 2006, the only way I have ever seen that will get you membership is buying it with ingame cash. These survey sites and everything like it will have you complete surveys, then you will not be paid. Check the terms and conditions... They are not required to pay you in any sort of way.

Just please save your time and buy your membership with RSGP and help someone else out in the community. I don't mean to offend anyone, but it is the truth. There is no such thing as "free membership". If you can't text or call for a pin, or 'borrow' your parent's card, you are shit out of luck. If you get an allowance then go to Target or something and buy a card. There is not a RS card sold for a hundred miles from where I live.

Well, maybe this is the one and only site out of the 100+ I have tried that works. But I doubt it.
