But its not the regular 35 Day card its the $40 90 Day one.

 

prob so, people still WANT to buy these without the item, i guess its just more of a perk. Get used to it, soon there will be a in-game store.

 

They are a company, why wouldnt they?

Not as if they plan to run off just basic memberships, ALL companies in the ENTIRE WORLD have promotional offers to try make people spend money on their product,

I wouldnt say desperate for money, more a window of opportunity to make some extra revenue,

 

Why is there always a thread on this when one of these things happen. "oh my god!!! Jagex is a business!!!! How dare they make money?!?!!!!"

 

They really are compare to years ago but then... it's a business so of course they would.

I think everyone who is posting that Jagex is a business and is trying to make money etc. is missing the point. Yes we understand Jagex is doing this for money, but they're pushing it placing this with ONLY the 90 day gamecard. They should leave holiday related events to the 30 day gamecards...
